I have to say I wasn't sure about Glasgow 10K/half, partly because of that. I get dizzy when I go to Glasgow. Motorway through the middle and all those streets in grids. Never did get the hang of the place. Good luck all with the 10K and half at weekend tho!

tbh I have no sense of direction even when sober. plans to dO some orienteering are abandoned now, maybe a blessing.
