Example our old house was sold at 180k and is now 600k and that was a 3bed semi on an estate nothing posh big or flash.

I have a similar story. I was working on a programme of redundancies once. When we looked at a staff list there was someone who the manager believed left a few years before. Turned out they had been off long term sick and there had been about two changes of line manager and therefore was forgotten about. |
