I don't think it will be this weekend anyway. Even if the track isn't the best there was talk last year of doing a Yorkshire picnic so thought I'd throw the idea onto the thread.

we train on the 'running track' at Temple Newsam, reports are correct its not great - its like a gravel track, loose grit, no lanes marked and theres a football pitch in the centre. The track is quite popular though but, as we've found when we're doing our speed work, the others soon disappear and its never been a problem. Theres grass surrounding the track so ideal for spectatorers & picnics. We've trained when football is being played in the centre part and never had a problem yet. However it is free & to us Yorkshire Folk thats news to the ear! I suppose it depends on how many people would go & at what time.

Also do you need to be a subscribing member of Fetch to go, complete with fetch top?

Does anyone have any preferred dates? I suspect we won't please everyone I'm thinking maybe 24 July at the moment but not sure if it clashes with anything. I definitely can't do anything before mid-June but after that I've got a few more weekends available.
