Little Nemo - Shut up knee!
Just wanted to wish you all good luck as I'm not joining you this year. I haven't done anywhere near enough swimming and the last 2 times I tried it I did my shoulder in!

Is anyone raising money for Aspire? I'd be happy to chuck some sponsorship money if you are.

Bon chance a tous les nageurs swim :-)

Our kids are off school for a fortnight so I'm getting no swimming done. Did loads this time last year because we were in Mallorca - should have gone again then I wouldn't have had to spend yesterday up to me oxters in the ditch outside my neighbour's house, clearing weeds so the bloody thing would flow.

Blackbird Leys ( boy)
Brilliant ! Je l'ai fait a la France. Changement of plan que je vais faire du velo jusqu'a' Rome.

Did 120 lengths this morning which takes me on to French soil.

Keep it up all of you still on the move. Keep steady and remember to take deep breaths.

Nowadays people tend to run from me if I mention sponsorship. So feel free all you who want to donate monies to Aspire. I shall be doing so myself later this month.

Angus we must all keep the water flowing. : )
just out of curiosity, whats Tomsmums sons name?

DS is TomRex, I need to add in his mileage but because he has no Garmin it's harder to remember! Kimbles is also raising money. Will pop link on later when I remember!

Another 2k in the pool at lunchtime. The swim was easy, it was the getting changed afterwards that knackered me out lol

Thanks TM :-) Glad I am doing it for Aspire this year as I wouldnt have done nearly as much in the pool as I have done.
