I'm going swimming tomorrow even though i'm already in France .

One thing I learned over the past 10 long sessions is that i'm not a very tidy swimmer.my arms are not catching the water right and my legs are useless. I've been looking on-line at how to swim like an Olympion. At the moment I swim like a kangoroo.

Practice makes perfect so I'll keep on.
Hi B-lass , I ran in your marathon ( around a 400 metre track) in Bournmouth a few years ago. Great fun.
