Well I was going to swim this afternoon but having got drenched at parkrun, and now showered, dray and warm again, I'm afraid the last thing I feel like doing is getting wet again, even in an indoor pool! I will be taking a drink with me when I go for my swim on Monday though, and will aim for 2k.

BBL(b) you put me to shame! Great to read such a positive post.

Another 2k in the pool for me this morning. Bit of a niggly back but that is due to my bottom cheeks hurting after metafit last night :-O That puts me over the half way mark - yay!

It was great to have a bit of rain , pity it didn't last a little bit longer and it's nice to get drenched now and agAain Daisy.

I always try to stay as positive as possible as it makes everything so much easier.

Another 120 for me this afternoon. I must be quite close to dry land by now.

Desparately in need of a bigger pool i think. Or a lake.( Although It may be too late in the year for that )

If I ever get there, I'm coming back on the ferry. I'm slightly worried what state the comestibles will be in by the time I reach the shore....

Very pleased to have reached half way. Hope it gets easier from now on. Finding this quite painful, and very tiring. Anyone else, or is it just me?
