Went up Yr Wyddfa the other day. Quite enjoyed it tbh after folk saying they wouldn’t bother. A jet flew right over me on the descent, it was that close it looked fecking huge. |

Hello. Not quite Munro etc based, but a question for those in the know. Next year we are taking a 7 day Caledonian Discovery cruise. Bannavie to Inverness. We are long for 7 nights of parking as close as possible to Bannavie. Any recommendations! |

Have you asked the company who are organising it ? Most people must arrive by car, so perhaps they have an arrangement with somewhere local ?

How are you getting back to your car? If you’re taking bus it might be worth leaving car in FW. There’s a long stay car park nr the station.

There is a car park at the start, but there isn’t too much info about it. I’m awaiting an email reply. We are getting shuttle bussed back to the start. |

The company have recommended a nearby hotel that includes long stay parking if you spend a night. But it’s an expensive hotel. Likely to be staying at a YH the night before.

Not a Munro (sorry) but we camped on the summit of Creag Mhòr (Corbett) last night. Sunrise this morning was stunning. As was Loch Avon on the return |
