Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Shame if the clock is wrong on website - I was going by that too think she was going to beat it by 24 hours. Also tracker shows stationary 1 at bottom of the climb above road, but the other two trackers going up. Which one is she (sorry if this has all been asked and answered already!)

Fantastic effort, so impressive. And she's lucid and able to talk to camera and thank people. She must be so sore and tired, but still positive and articulate. Incredible! :-) G

Thanks Gus, not sure where I got a day from! Think you're right on the 12ish hours.

Amazing. And it was on BBC Radio Scotland headlines, and on BBC Radio 4 Today news headlines. Big time!

Lots of great detail in this report from Fiona Outdoors fionaoutdoors.co.uk
Interesting that her route seems to have been more efficient than Donnie's :-

- walk/run was 1315km vs 1422km
- cycle was 1249km vs 1443km
- total ascent 121,123m vs 126,143m
no stats on kayak distance, but she did 5 kayaks vs Donnie's 2, the big saving was the kayak from Barrisdale in Knowdart to Arnisdale below Beinn Sgritheall

Wow, I don't do twitter, but I believe this is a motion proposed in Scottish Parliament to congratulate Jamie.
