I am self employed doing various things within health and fitness. I didn't qualify for any Govt help either, so have spent 17 weeks doing courses and training and a little bit of paid peer mentoring. Most of my work is hands on sports massage and biomechanics.
I am trying to see what I can move online as a second wave is likely if not imminent and that will be trickier.

Thanks 12barDavid and Synge. I have put quite a few procedures in place for safety and minimal contact outside massage, such as paperless form and cashless payments on top where possible.

I've done some biomechanics work online and would like to do more of that. My BiL has had to have some help there and if it improves his golf game then I will be doing an e-book!

Bad week - 3 dot days after a huge effort to get a little buffer over the buzzard, probably squandered most of it now.

Should make it mind, barring injury.

So, I did finish the 1000 miles on Friday, as I reached the top of these steps on the way to Sacre Coeur I realised I had hit the 1000 - so stopped to take a photo (and catch my breath!)
