Just realised I finished the race yesterday - I had it in my mind it would be tomorrow but I put in more miles than planned over the weekend. Unlikely I will hit 1,000 by the end of August but I will just keep plugging away with my regular training and see where I end up.

I'm a mile or two from downtown Knoxville. I should hit 75% later this week.
With reduced mileage over the last couple of weeks, I have taken the decision to log significant walks alongside the running to keep the mileage ticking over. I really wanted to do it with running only, and that may still be possible, but I am banking some walking miles now rather than have to come back and muck around with the log later on.
