David, that's really interesting! I'd noticed it was someone called Gingerbread Man and just vaguely assumed it was someone running under a pseudonym, but the 145 years old. According to Wikipedia, the fairy tale first appeared in print in 1875... 145 years ago en.wikipedia.org Nice! |

I'm #16014 and slowly catching up the mileage missed by starting late …….. the dodgy map situation is frustrating and I hope they get it sorted soon as I like to see my progress on the map , it worked yesterday for the 1st time although just showed my position and didn't show the race route ………. all tweeks i'm hopeful they will sort it out , I wonder if they'd realised just how many people would sign up ! I'm finding my mojo again already ……….. I dragged my ass out of bed at 4.45am today which I wouldn't have done without this challenge , also enjoyed an evening walk with the wife last night rather than sitting in front of the tv ……. |

Great to hear Gromit! (although 4:45am? 😮) Saracen I think is onto something. I have managed to use it in the evening but only after retrying while it worked first time this morning. At 21.5 miles, I've not actually made it to Tennessee yet! |

Doesn't seem to have updated since 04.00 this morning  …. if only i'd got up just that bit earlier Also noticed the addition of an interactive tracking map which I don't think was there before …….. not that I've managed to get it to load.
