well done to the latest finishers. Think my chance of finishing in the time window is low 😓. Done something (and no idea what!) to my knee so it is very swollen -and struggling to walk normally. Physio appointment booked for Tuesday

Congratulations to the finishers!

Must be close behind Dave as I can just glimpse Grafham water, not quite at the treatment works.

Still aiming for sub-September finish.
parkrun, serendipitous bumping into 2 former colleagues and doing another lap of the lake with them, then walking home cos GC needed to get back with the car earlier meant I've covered 8 miles this morning not 3! That's helped!
