I remember starting back in April thinking how much of an uphill battle 600 miles in six months seemed to be. But it was a a great motivator. I loved landed somewhere and exploring the map around me, trying to find some interesting place names, landmarks, etc. Trying to work out mid-run where you'll end up on the board! Most of all it is fair - its an ultra with a difference, it was the building up of all your activities rather than one targeted event. If you've finished - brilliant work! If you're still out on course - I'm rooting and cheering you all on!

I hope they've got a room free. (And why is every road I've been along in the last 4 days called "Eccleshall Road"?)

My walk to visit my Mum this morning took me right past the penultimate castle, Rockingham, though looking at how misty it is on street view, I'm not surprised I managed to miss it.
