No progress yesterday, swimming doesn't count does it?
And jabbed yesterday evening!
Short dog walk this morning, now entering Newport. Hope to make it to the Town Centre later.

Lol Pothunter, I hope they stick to the route!
Survived my sleep on a very narrow verge last night. I did roll over a few times but fortunately it was into the lay-by and not the main road.
I am now half way to Chepstow Castle - hopefully the miles will start to pick up a bit now.
So today, after walking past the stadiums, I am stuck outside a school so hope I don’t get trampled on.

Caerphilly Castle got a mention on Radio 4 this morning. Normally I wouldn’t have thought about it, but I was able to visualise it thanks to all the coverage here!

It’s great fun Synge, thank you 😍 I will soon be virtually waving at some of the sites I used to visit for work 😊
Thanks Hanneke, I will get there eventually- just trying to cut corners (and a castle) to catch up.
Not sure why Chepstow was in my mind - my only recollection of Chepstow was the burns hospital which I was fortunate to not visit but one of children my parents fostered spent a lot of time there No doubt I will find out what else is there - like a castle

No jumping & making it wobble !
Look down 3M ... apparently : the Old Wye Bridge, or Town Bridge as it’s known locally, at Chepstow. Built in 1816, it's a beauty of five arches of gracefully curved cast iron, the largest of its kind in the world, crossing one of the world’s most tidal stretches of river, stretching over to Gloucestershire. Go to the middle, and notice the point when the pattern tells you're about to enter England.

I have 2.5 hours before they pour the concrete on my foundations. I am going for a walk! Clock up some miles towards Chepstow.
