So I suppose my total is one so far - I did decline a shop-bought one on Friday as shop-bought mince pies are, as someone has already pointed out, an abomination. I haven't started production yet, but when I do I will use the pastry recipe I've used for the past 20+ years, which includes ground almonds, egg yolk and orange juice/rind. They are delicious

It was very nice though, it had a crumble topping. Fetch total = 9.5
