Just did that last mile to complete 100 for month and 1250 (highest ever) for year. GoodNess..you've done it again! But heck..FennlandRunner 100 miles a month for you is a soft goal innit!! Heads up for a radio programme on 3rd Jan, Radio 4 at 12.30-- "The Food Programme, Can You Eat to Run?". Might be the usual kinda stuff and I doubt a diet change is going to help much after all these years but I can live in hope!
