Ferret and Alice and anyone else arriving via Paddington, I have uploaded the TFL Journey Planner info including the route to the CS from Greenwich station and the images are in the gallery. If you're going to go straight to Tower Bridge you'll need to work out your own route but the TfL planner is very helpful for that.
Ferret I think we're on the same train, arriving at That London at 9:35? I don't have a seat reservation but if you do I'll try and find a seat near you if you let me know where you'll be.

Getting properly excited now :-)

Premier Inn Greenwich for us. Not having a full breakfast, just a porridge tub and anything else I can snaffle. +2 will be looking after my bags. We're not going to the pub except maybe for a drink. I reserve the right to bail out at any point but will let someone know if I do. Looking forward to it so much. Can you please sort the weather so it is not too cold?

Even for someone who's never met any of us before, we should be fairly recognizable.

Morning!

LazyDaisy and Ferret, I'm due in Paddington at 9.32 so would love to meet up and cross London with you :-) Which train will you be on, so I know which platform to head for? Swindon maybe? I'd also like a "lift" back if that fits in with your plans - my train home leaves at 5pm.

I'm bringing a small backpack but plan to run with it. This is going to be a proper adventure - haven't run 10 miles since 2007 and I've never run carrying anything - eeek! I have NO idea where we'll be running but my plan is to follow the folk who do know. I'm sure I won't be in the lead so this should work.

Big hugs to McG for sorting everything for us xxxx

It should work, Alice, as long as they don't get out of sight.

Mr Google reckons it should take me about 40 minutes by tube/DLR from my hotel up west so I'll aim to leave about 9.30 to get there in good time.

The weather forecast is dry but a strong nor-easterly wind blowing. That'll be fun running along the south bank then. :)
