Will be going for 3 hours, quite daunting!
I've skipped a lot of long runs but still done a lot more miles than ive ever done before so feeling happy with my training. Just can't wait for the day now, I am getting nothing else done as I keep finding myself daydreaming about it...

Does any one have any preference on flapjacks / cakes they might fancy? I won't get to Waterloo till 8:42 then will be running for the tube and running to fetchpoint! Can get the organising done I get there but if people could sort out balloons and finding our teams stuff from the box collected At expo?

As I will be there from about 8, I can go through the box for you, will of course be happy to help with balloons and anything Max needs doing. I have set aside the Saturday for baking, so please do put in your cake requests!!!!
