can all my team make sure they have uploaded a pic to the gallery of their selected clothing for sunday by tomorrow for me if possible!  i have no printer working at home hence the internet cafe and will make life easier Thank you all very much!!

a pic to the gallery sounds complecated, I thought we were meant to email to that address ? Undecided on fetch or macmillan, think it will be fetch, looks like I have til tonight to decide! Sorry not been around here much, have been in a sulk as injured and big ??? over this. Got over my knee more or less but now having prob with other leg/hip/thigh. Went to osteo yesterday, she thinks another treatment thur and ibo will get me round. Not run since thurday and not done a proper run of over an hour since a week last sunday. |

put your used to running. sure the base fitness will still be there and if not, just enough to get you around comfortably? (((((hugs)))) do whats right for you tho.... I get shin splints before i run, but not proper ones as they stop and disappear once i start. I swear its all in the mind! crazy me! fair enough hellen if easier to send to that address. only max has access to it guessing shes pretty busy now so thought it would be easier from my point of view and probably hers to get the team 7 stuff sorted if pics were in gallery but no worries! xx

just investigated the pics thing and think I might beable to manage it, I have done it before as I appear to have a few pics in my gallery. The email is easier as I can take pic on phone then email pic from phone. If best for you will put in gallery or can you fmail me your email and I email direct to you? Just a bit pushed for time tonight Mr H is fitting some blinds for a friend stright from work and I will have left before he gets back and I need him to take pic so it wont be til I get back which will be quite late. Actually just seen you said by tommorrow for you so can email max with it tonight then faff around trying to upload to fetch tommorrow when I have faffing/swearing/gettting stressed time (teacher on holliday ) This is def not an 'in the mind' injury. It is in diff parts of leg and keeps moving! |

Right - Max asked me to sort the website so I've put on ALL the photos that we've got (and deleted some, whoops) but Max has the master spreadsheet so she's in charge of inserting people into new teams. If you've sent a picture it should either be on your team page OR in the unallocated section. Also, not sure which is more up-to-date, the website or the thread headers. Anyhow have a poke around at londonmarathonfetch22.webs.com
