Pfffffft. Alice is a toenail. I'd keep logging rest days in till that's been confirmed by someone else, who isn't in another house, who doesn't have something to gain by spreading possibly false information. Innit 😃

I use 'gym' or 'strength' for anything not on the list that's vaguely er gymmy. Your classes are at a gym aren't they, Fleecy?

Yes, but they don't use gym equipment. Anyway, both are usually a mixture of core and cardio and toning and balance, I suppose

And Rebound could go under trampolining but it's completely different, it's a class which happens to use the trampoline as a surface Anyway, Other works for me...
