Swizz. I knew this already but all the same: SWIZZ.
I've logged my run walk from Dalston to Highbury - trains were delayed so even at my snailio pace it had to be quicker. And counts.
But the gym session with Olympic lifts (OOOOOUUUEFFF) that I was headed to, doesn't gain us any extra points.
Swizz!

Let me get this right. The scoring system gives you 1 point per day irrespective of the number of training sessions you log. So you can do 3 sessions a day, but score the same as someone that does one session a day and a 10 minute amble can, therefore, score the same as a 6 hour run at 8 minute/mile pace. Is that correct?

Here's the Word from Mr. Fetch:
'Every day on which you log training during the month earns you a point for your house. Speed, distance, type or number of activities do not matter.'

If everyone in each team logs something for everyday, even if it's "bugger all" or "rest day, the only way it can't end in a 4 way draw is if there is an uneven allocation of team members. That's funny too π

panad
but....not everyone out of every team will log training everyday... (or at least it is very unlikely that all of the bunions will as Mr Panad is a bunion and he's only be logging what his actual runs, so if the other three are equal first and bunions are second we know who lost it for them )
