I totally loved vlm and was so inspired by fetchpoint I dug in and did the whole negative split thing and managed to get my sub 4hr!!!!!!!!!!!! PB by 8 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3:58:46 and I am still on cloud 9. Thank you all so much, Irn bru and jelly babies were great. Congrats to everyone who took part and fetched it really spurred me on. I love you all
