He'll need it...as he ran Sussex Marathon, then Brighton last Sunday and will be finishing off a triple with London on Sunday.

I saw the rhino costume on its way back to London last week after Brighton -- being taken by someone who looks after it rather than the runner herself (must have been two of them!). It always reminds me of Edinburgh mara in 2008, which I think was the first time I saw one.
