Wandered around the expo yesterday after work with Mrs Geo, got there too late for any of the speakers but had fun looking at the stands and getting tempted by running gear. Not many freebies though Clif were being generous with their samples. Shot bloks are a balanced dinner right?

Right back from Poland. Best get my head around the fact that I’m running a marathon in a couple of days.
A good trip – I avoided “death by a thousand toasts” by sticking to carb heavy beer, and the steel works was good in a post-communist industrial apocalypse kind of way.
Expo for me on Saturday so will drop off a couple of gels at the RW stand. The local charity that I am running for have kindly run me up a t-shirt which is white with “WILL” and “St Mary’s Community Park” on the front.
Cheers all - ridiculously excited abut meeting a bunch of friendly faces at 22 miles.

Min my favourites screen looks like this (if the pic works):
Do you have something similar? If not try putting in the bib numbers, click on the name and there should be a star next to the word favourite, click on the star to add to your favourites. It's not very clear!
