getting excited now...we're all in the last throws of marathon training and it's not long 'til the big day.
What's everyone's race day goals/targets?
Me...Training has gone pretty good so far so I'm going for a PB, ideally will be sub 3:30 but will make a final target nearer the day. =D

SOD same target to you - 3.30 so see you at Fetchpoint at around 1 ish. Looking at your times, my 5k is a little faster, 10k a little slower and I'll let you know about the half after Silverstone on Sunday, which I guess will tell me if I am being wildly optimistic or not.

No Min- they are less mobile anyway these days and wouldn't like the crowds. LMG will have more fun sewing with Granny than watching us- she was offered the opportunity but turned us down!
My training is cracking along nicely on current form a sub 5 is most likely with a string chance of a pb as well:-)

Nice to hear that the wibbles haven't started yet, i guess that'll be at tapering time! I am assuming that all team members (runners) will be peebeeing and we should vote on all concerned
