Morning It's around -3 in Mancunia.
Good luck to you and all runners, the pavements around here are only slightly frosty so not too slippy while I was out.

Good luck everyone! It's supposed to be getting up to 3 degrees by 10 o'clock so you hopefully won't be sliding down the hills!

morning all - not ventured out yet but in sth m/c its just below freezing and quite foggy - roads look absolutley fine so no problems under-foot. Does anyone know if we are expecting delayed start due to the number problems ?

chidge- I know that every effort has been made to organise extra helpers to get the numbers out quickly and efficiently, but there is no guarantee of course especially if everyone turns up at the same time! Hopefully runners will appreciate that the problem has been caused by the P.O. and not Stockport Harriers and will try to stay calm!

Just back from race - brilliantly organised and a course thats the right level of challenge. Amazed myself by running round comfortably in 1:05:17. That's 2:41 off my pb!! Thanks to all at Stockport harriers Ps can someone tell me if the maggots and dog bone are edible for humans ??

Frosty the SnowMatt
Dog bones are. I'm quite partial to the odd bonio or gravy bone
