I downloaded the App and thought it was worse than the website. How do you input mileage with the App please?

This is the My Mission app (on an iPhone) not the RaceNation app
Click 'progress' along the bottom.
Enter the mileage to 1 dp.
Date is set automatically to today.
Running (outside) - once set the type of activity won't need to be changed (unless you're logging different types of activity).
Again, once you've selected the mission, that will stay the same forever.
Click 'publish'.

So after the first time it's: click progress - type in the mileage - click publish

The map and not being able to just show those you are following is really annoying - I guess it's the package that "Brian" bought to be able to stage the event.
It used to be possible to share a google map and each person stick their own pin on it - but I can't for the life of me remember how to do it, or I'd make a map just for Fetchies on the path.

A little 2.5 for me today brings me almost into Porlock Weir, long time since I've visited - maybe one for next year?

I shall start checking where the next interesting place is - and see if I can get to it, rather than upload my distance and find I'm sat on the beach somewhere.

I'm gradually finding my way round the website but it has taken a lot of patience. I've now found a page that I like so have saved that as a favourite so I can go straight there instead of going to my profile page which told me nothing. Trying to remember how to follow others was a challenge but I got there in the end. I'd like to just be able to see who we are following on the map.

I ran just over five miles today and have stopped halfway between Porlock Weir and the tiny church at Culbone, said to be the smallest parish church in England. It is dedicated to St Beuno.

The biggest disappointment about the website/app for me is that you can't filter the map view to see only the participants you are following. Other than that, once you are past the setup, it's not too bad. I had to upload yesterday's run manually, as I completed it before I linked MVM to strava but today's run came across to MVM within a couple of minutes of it appearing on strava so the automatic interface seems to be smooth enough.

I had the opposite Synge - yesterday's training was pulled through instantly but I've loaded today's manually as it still hadn't appeared 3 hours later.
I'm on the outskirts of Porlock Weir.

Is there a sign saying Porlock Weir City Limits?
