This is a legitimate option (and probably one favoured by everyone's lawyers as it sidesteps any discussion of intent) even if it comes across as weak.

There are currently 37 replies to his tweet, and I'd suggest >30 replies are negative. The positive responses include:- - 2 people involved in "Comms" at British Athletics / Sport England - 2 senior people in "PR" companies - a CEO in the racing industry (presumably "mates" with Sean) As jda says (and numerous people in the replies to Sean's tweet) the establishment looking after their own.
