I might see if my old PT who also does sports massage can do me a deal! I had a training session with her yesterday for the first time in a few weeks as I can't afford to go as often as I used to.

Fragile Do Not Bend
This is annoying - I took last week off from running as I was feeling run down. Felt better as the week went on so went to my usual circuits clas Monday morning.

Spent the afternoon at work feeling like I could doze off, and I was ready for bed by 9pm (although I waited until 10pm). Still feeling tired today so not going to do the club speed work session I was going to do this evening.

Nutso Lazytoad!
Hi Guys hope your all well, I guess we are busy as its a little quiet in here.

I got out for a good for the soul 5k tonight around a local reservoir, hilly and muddy but beautiful :) I have spent the day on a training course for MS Project and have another day tomorrow I certainly needed the run.

Evening, been working full time this week and then had Alfie this afternoon. Nipped out for 2 miles tonight just to keep the legs ticking over. Tuesday's 3 miles were torture - never gave myself enough recovery after Sunday's race.

It has been such a lovely day tody that it's a shame to waste any opportunity to be outside. Glad you got your run in between 'Project' training days.

That sounds a good running club Kwala. I managed 3 miles after work tonight on a local trail and I managed to submerge one foot lost entirely in mud and all up my legs. This was mainly because I was distracted looking at a small building site and wondering if is going to be a barn or a house. Must look where I'm going!

Glad everyone managed to make the most of the lovely weather today. :)

Club run tonight, it felt positively balmy, but I couldn't wait to get home for the last mile for the loo. :-o I always dread getting caught like this in a race. Speaking of which, someone was saying that they've seen a picture of a hill that we have to get up at about mile 2. I'm not planning on running up any of the hills, just get to the end. ;-)
