Ha ha it was me that had the DOMS Lem but I'm fine today :)

MrDQ has been looking at a city break for us for next year! Shows how low I am as it's normally me that does all the forward planning. I can't really get excited about anything just now till I get things a bit more settled with my eyes :(

I took my fastest mile spilt today as my SAP mile. It started with 11. Big grin here :-)

Good going Helegant! And that reminds me I have a roundup to write for Feb! I managed three miles today and it was an effort. My five yesterday was more fun, although we did see a gigantic dead rat yesterday - gross!

Hel well done ๐Ÿ˜Š
L10 well done on both runs, ewwww to the dead rat!

8k from me today on top of yesterday's parkrun 5k was a slog but it's done, more running will only make it easier I'm sure

Hopefully. I'm always impressed by the 'hard work and grafting' done by SAP members.

Not so keen on rats though.

Took my 10 mile race today as my SAP10 miler, there are various miles to take for the SAP but I will look at that after I try and soothe my aching hip in the bath

Infection under control and offending tooth extracted, so back to running club last week. Only managed a 1.2 miler on Tues, it was a bit colder and had been raining and my lungs just struggled to get going. But an impressive (for me!) 2.3 miles on Thursday, and somehow felt better than I did on Tuesday. Getting closer to my goal of doing my first parkrun by the end of May :-)

Well done Hel, good that you're happy with your time. :)

Lem, glad you got out for some miles this weekend.
kwala, you'll be running that 5k before you know it. Glad the tooth's been sorted.
Nut, 2 runs in the weekend, your body will soon get used to it if you do some more. ;-)

I got out and did my club's 10 hills hill run this morning, nice bit of sun at the start but I did get a couple of showers on the way round. I don't seem to have enough puff to get me all the way to the top most of the time, but I got the job done. ;-)
