The atmosphere for France games is always fab in Edinburgh. Hope more of them have made it over here because the pubs are great fun with them in. Same for England and Ireland too. Oh, and Wales, sort of (! ;-) :-P ) :-) G

I have registered with the WRU as for me it’s easier to both get tickets and get to Cardiff than HQ.

Next year I’ll aim to get to at least one game there.

Kruis retiring at 32. Widely underrated lock forward IMO. A key part of England's successful team before he went to Japan

Shame about Kruis, thought he might come back and have a run at the WC.

Ewels is a happy man though....

25 players retained by Eddie:

LP: Genge, Marler, Rodd
HK: Cowan-Dickie, George
TP: Sinckler, Stuart
LK: Itoje, Isiekwe, Ewels, Chessum
BR: Curry, Lawes, Simmonds, Dombrandt
SH: Randall, Youngs
FH: Ford, Smith
CT: Daly, Slade, Tuilagi
B3: Malins, Nowell, Steward

So he's kept Ewels, and Daly and punted Launchbury (unfit?) and Marchant (for Manu).

Assume team is out later. Bracing myself for a youngs start....

Louis Rees-Zammit dropped, Alex Cuthbert playing instead with Adams moves back onto the wing.

Hopefully Cuthbert doesn’t find his 2013 form. I have thought LRZ to be very poor this 6N so this change is probably merited. He was badly out of position defensively for a few tries rushing up off the line. There’s not been much space for him in attack, but then he’s played against the best defence in Scotland in a tight game and Wales barely had ball in the Ireland game.

Cuthbert is a proper carthorse. Advantage England there, oh wait we don't even have proper wingers...

About This Thread

Maintained by Dai Bank
OK been on walkabout but off we go on 5th Feb with Ireland v Wales.
Hopefully we will all be playing at the correct grounds and with more than a few spectators to cheer, sing, not make too much of an arse of themselves through too much of what makes them lose themselves.

Thread title has been changed so thanks for that whoever updated it.
