Great that your family is coming to supprt Sheets, my fella will be cheering me in (I expect near any pubs that are open!)
I've two more 20milers and a half marathon in my training, lsr's gone really well up to now, so well chuffed.:) But won't mind the tapering bit!

The (now) infamous ZOOM, your timing are the same as mine so unless your planning on going at this like a racing snake probably be able to run round together.....
Chrisull - you're going at it are'nt you....lots of training runs etc.

Seems like every ones training is going well. I managed 17.3 miles today in training for this one, I was not going to count the .3 in my training log but thats the bit that hurt the most. 43 days is not a long time when you think of the taper to be included. I think 20 miles is my next target and then see if I can fit in a further couple of them before the slow down begins
