Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I do mad welsh bird arms! Sorry to hear about the injury Foxy, got plenty of time to recover before doing Robin Hood with me though!

jono what pace are you going to aim for, if it's about the same would be great to run together? I'm thinking about 10.15-10.30.

mmmm, well the plan this year is to be more consistant in marathon times so I would like a 4.30 all the time (Gloucester was crap due to chest infection)... but knowing me it will go all wrong if left to my own devices...

Yes, I am indeed Lovely :-)

And when I run, particularly long distances, I am a stunning picture of red-faced sweaty Loveliness :-)

I'm currently wobbling between Oh My God I'm Going to Mess This Up Again and Won't It Be Lovely To See a Time Starting with 4.xx.xx

Hasting Half this weekend as my training run, I'm looking forward to running naked (no Garmin) and just feeling comfortable.

Tally ho, everyone xx
