The way my knee feels after a 5miler on sunday I'm thinking I'll just be happy to finish this but if it's over 5:30 I'll be seriously disappointed

It's not a case of wanting too, if my knee won't bend it kinda makes it hard to run :-p But I am going to finish it one way or another, will hop if necessary!! :)
