I'll put this up on the WCH site and WCH FB page. As Wednesday night are now free because Lcohore OW is finished, I may come along.

You'll definitely have a decent time.
The 500ft climb says otherwise about a PB, but it's a brilliant route (we use the uphill path for club training runs and the downhill bit is around the start of the Lomonds of Fife race route - perfect gradient for a fast, flying couple of miles to end with)

Well our Rigg goes up for 2 then along for 2 then down for 2. Sometiems hit 5.xx on the downhill. Engage gravity, disengage brain... might look at the Andy. Thanks for info. :-)G

Quick parkrun update.
Inverness parkrun started on Saturday (http://parkrun.org.uk/inverness) Aberdeen parkrun should be next to start. More details soon.
Drop me a note (richard@parkrun.com) if you'd like a parkrun local to you. Dundee and St Andrews both have efforts underway, and we need folk to step up to get involved - it's a real grassroots running initiative. We'd love to see more events starting, so get in touch and I'll pass on your details to local teams, or send you the details you need if you're the first.

Hi rleyton,
It was me who sent you an email from Melrose just as you were about to head off on holiday. I'm still keen to have a Borders Parkrun. I took the time to send Faye Howland an email whilst you were on holiday (think i CC'd you) but no response.
