57.5 Degrees of Pain
I am not convinced by the juxtaposition of Caithness and hot weather Nessie! Warmer than we are used to maybe. Hot, not really!

I might be there Zee. No beer for me, but will give you a decent cheer anyway, if I spot you! G

Oh, cool, didn't know you'd joined Harmeny. That's great. I've just left! Well, I've just been officially changed from first claim Harmeny to Kinross. I'll still stay a Harmeny member just for nostalgic reasons. Unfortunately I never really get along to run with them any more. There are at least half a dozen going from Harmeny, so there'll be plenty to cheer you in. Hope weather stays fine for the barby and outdoor drinking/music afters too. G |

Bumped into a couple of friends last night who: Ran the Chacefield trail 9K; Will run Black Rock, and are staying the night in Kinghorn (bbq/ pint*/ walk "home"); Meedies parkrun; Volunteering Dunblane 12K Keeping busy I was just spectating at Chacefield (by Denny): testing trail run, but seemed thoroughly enjoyed by those who like that kind of thing. Around the start, you might think you were in the Highlands, rather than the heart of Scotland. For anyone wanting a go at low-key, back to basics running, still one event left in the series, this one giving you four chances to walk the plank ;-). If you don't fancy 12 km, can be run as a relay. (Can't promise last nights weather though!) entrycentral.com |

2 years ago it was 21degC at CoM 57DOP. That's hot for me - I prefer 10degC or lower for anything above a jog.
