I enjoy point to point races, it's not the most scenic but that doesn't really bother as always entered it to run a hard effort. Only issue can be hanging around too long at the start once you have come off the bus depending on how cold it is. Toilet facilities are available at the start,

Dvorak Mar 2018 10:05am, 12 Mar 2018 15,664 posts	0 Dvorak I must say, the toilets at Lomond Shores (the start) were very nice: probably the high spot of the event. I would rate it above Monklands - then again I would rate the former EK half considerably above Monklands. Well done kt_m_white :-).

Well organised and a good route. I would have run Balloch to Clydebank if they hadn't changed the date. I think its an OK race, good facilities at the start, quite a fast flat course, but yes not the most inspiring of finshes

And maybe another couple of dozen near the former Playdrome, who didn't read the instructions and find that the bus pick-up has moved to the new leisure centre.
