Cumbernauld is actually a good, flatfish, fast course. Brought up there, so don't mind the shithole that much😎

I'm in for Cumbernauld, never done it before but I've been told it's a quick enough course. Legs are in bits, right enough, so I probably won't be quick...

Maybe it goes through Pollock Park? fish

I always fancied some of the westerly 10Ks and half maras. Good, fast, flat courses, many of them. Never worked into the plans, for whatever reason. :-) G

Whilst you are here, G, what happened with Stirling? I thought that you were venturing half-west for that?

All snotted up for last 10 days, so had to bail. Which was disappointing. Lots of good runs by Fetchies there. Also dropped out of Meadows 2 miler that I was hoping to go to. Running again now though. :-) G

Quite enjoyed Cumbernauld 10k. Definitely a good fast course, although the distance markers just seemed to be dumped in random places! I'm reasonably sure I didn't run a kilometre as slow as 4:13, but I'm 100% certain I didn't run one as fast as 3:24!
