Wee Man an I were in the big house post buggy Parkrun with SAOPM, Spike an the other guys in the PR crew due to the full usual cafe. Brrr it was a tad chilly this weekend an a fair layer of snow as I left this morning...... |

Falkirk parkrun is CANCELLED tomorrow, 8th December. The course is covered in ice and with more sub-zero temperatures forecast for tonight it will not be safe to run on.
