Enjoyed parkrun this morning, it was really busy but a great Course with lovely volunteers.

Massive attendance record as well, which seems pretty common across parkrun world today. Long may it continue to grow.

Was nice to meet you and your little buggy occupant, Sjjh :-) Glad that you enjoyed yourself. Well done on your run - a top 30 placing pushing a buggy is good work :-)

any one else notice how the commentator at the gwr today had to turn down the sounds because of a bbc interview, wtf was that all about? shouldn't they be promoting the noise and excitemtent of a big running event instead of getting us all to hush while the bloody bbc do a bloody interview that no one will watch or has any interest in anyway? ffs they'll get us all to sit down and listen in silence soon.

Must of been a day for large numbers, I couldn't get parked at Ellon because of the numbers there, never seen their parkrun that busy before.(I wasn't running, we have rugby in the Hall next door)

A lot of new year resolutions commencing methinks. Lot of young kids running Porty parkrun with their folks which was nice.

Then folks who are heading off for early evening trains can walk to Waverley (it's uphill but about 10 minutes).
