Yup just had another look. Got minus numbers all the way through to Sunday afternoon now. 🥶 I am not hopeful for parkrun to be honest!

But think of next week's tropical conditions! Presumably with attendant high winds at some point.

I'm not hopeful for parkrun either, the Crathes estate has been closed all week (annual closure) so nothing has been cleared/gritted. I would like to disappear - fed up running with yaktraks on.

@Red Squirrel not sure about local jobs but how about Gordonstoun, Findhorn Foundation, Moray College.

I could ask the librarians at work if they network and know of any jobs / potential.

Thanks @Old Croc - that’s really helpful. Where are you? My recent background is library assistant and I loved that job. Nothing in the libraries at the mo’. I met someone at my cousins’ new year party who worked at Gordonstoun for years and she recommended it too. She had a fab job in student recruitment - went all over the world.

The Foundation would be right up my street. I didn’t realise they had paid positions.

Meanwhile somebody is moaning that Hazelehead are contemplating being on and won’t cancel if they deem it safe to run

Hazlehead would probably okay to run with the right shoes and a sensible pace.
