Sterling effort from HappyG(rrr) earlier at the Nationals. I know he’s not been running much.

How were they? I thought of spectating, but didnae. Enough mud, I hope. (I wonder how long the course will be visible for? Can still see parts of the cyclo-cross course.)

It was a good watch. Central AC won the men’s for the 13th consecutive year. Jamie Crowe won the individual for his 3rd victory.

Took a trip to the indoor championship exhibition yesterday, at St Enoch, small but really liked it. Also lovely to relive some of commonwealth games 2014 at another exhibition.
Staff very friendly too, expecting quite a few athletes current and past next weekend.

I had great fun yesterday at the Innocent Half. A beautiful route through the Dalmeny Estate near Edinburgh, fantastic views across the Forth and a glorious day of weather. Another event by Blast running, a big success.
