Officially single-file at parts. Linwood has the advantage of changing in the neighbouring On-X: could be good before a long drive home. Or a visit to Ikea 🇸🇪

Erskine is beautiful for an easy effort where you can avoid faster and slower runners on the narrow puddly bits Liked both Loch Leven and Perth.

Maybe this is the year to try the 6K? Which tbh is much more my current standard. Conversely, the Lasswade 10 mile (which was cancelled last year), running in ten days time, still has 280/400 places available.
