I listed it In a bit of enthusiasm after the Tay Ten, I'd planned to run Cumbernauld (this Sunday) and Stirling. Time to remove my name from those lists. Since I logged 11km of running in August, probably as well I never spent the fees.
(Although if I had entered, I might have geed ma ginger a bit.)

Yeah, looked back and it is in there. D'oh! Sorry for confusion. Not sure I'll make it. Not really in shape. But it is my fave for best benchmark of where I am. G

I'm in for Stirling, though after a disappointing Cumbernauld I'm not that excited about it.

Did the Cumbernauld 10k? for the second time on Sunday - previous time was 2017. Both distances (on my watch) came in a 9.93km - it must be short!

Kyles 10 miles this Saturday, first 5 miles looks fairly hilly, anyone done it before?

yep done kyles a couple of times, it is a hilly first half and I would say about .2 miles long (same distance on my garmin both years). For me 6 minutes slower than the Tom Scott so definetley a tough track!

Markg, your "disappointing" would be most people's "fantastic"! Best of luck at Stirling, and everyone else racing. G
