PArkrun is not an option as it starts at 9.15 am. Anyone know a good place to run near there? Preferabnly trail but beggars cant be choosers

There will be an opportunity to run the course 4 times, starting at 7.30 and then every 30 mins until the official one at 9. There was talk of Pimms.
