I'm assuming it won't quite be the parkrun course as that would imply 2 laps and I thiiiiink they've said it's only the one lap. I might be completely wrong though

I've had a down the rabbithole delve to try to find out the respective routes @Mandymoo and it looks like they barely touch at all: the parkrun is almost entirely enclosed by the 10K route: |
