Same again next year then, WW?
I've just done a 5 mile rec run, that's helped.

WW, the only race that has a walk break you need to get your breath back at the end of before you can start running again!!
Someone told me 2 years ago (the first time I did Round Sheff) that those steps were in a run section the year before. I don't know if he was winding me up or not!

Ive just compared Snowdonia marathon and RSR in terms of ascent.
Snowdonia marathon total ascent is 860m RSR totally is 716
The ascent niggiliness of RSR I'd rather run Snowdonia marathon. That's a real walk in the park.
I'm amazed there weren't more DNF's.

A Q for this. Don't people just run the whole route and not stop? (except for crossing roads?)

Fizz :-)
The gaps between the stages can be half a mile, and don’t count in your finish time. So you can run it all, but you’re not expected to.
