Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've just deferred my planned race for the 24th April so pencilled in Southampton or Shakespeare instead. Not sure I can face that 2nd lap of the Greenway at Shakespeare, I'm assuming the course is unchanged since I last ran it. But it's a well organised race.

So will probably opt for Southampton this year, not run it before.

I won't be pulling up trees either OTG. Sounds like a plan Vrap. I have also entered a 20 mile event it's a bit earlier than the plan but it's loops and see how it goes. I am going to be a little flexible with the plan and not beat myself up.
I'll be happy to get the long runs done.

No surprise to Velociraptor as we’re staying in the same hotel but I’m also doing the Mara.

Fingers firmly crossed for finally managing a sub 4

My last one was 2012 and was 4.46 hoping for a 4.44. Not sure if it is optimistic to want to PB after 10 years but it is what I would like.

I'm signed up for the half. I haven't done that distance for quite a few years but needed something to focus on to make myself run regularly and with a target in mind

Hello, I doubt I'll be running the Marathon, I may do the half, but either way I'll come over as it's my patch!

If anyone is staying and fancies a leg loosener or voluntourism, Strat parkrun is on the Sat, I'm highly likely to be there too.

We're staying on the Sunday night and I might need a leg loosener on the Monday. Or we might go climbing ... gorilla
