residential bike courses for the nervous

icemaiden Jan 2014 3:40pm, 8 Jan 2014 4,056 posts	0 icemaiden Anyone know of any residential, up to a week say, learning to cycle with confidence courses. Not for me, for a work colleague. She's thinking of some bootcamp rubbish for fitness but IMHO would be better off gaining more cycle confidence and learning to ride to work. Needs to cater for middle aged overweight ladies, not racing snakes.
