Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did find it a little odd that a space ship could be parked up on top of a rock in the middle of a desert within striking distance of a major town, but hadn't already been stripped for parts and was broadly in full working order. That was the one bit which made me wonder. I can live with the remainder of the coincidences throughout as that (in my head at least) is "the force" in action in some way.

Maybe because getting there involved a good chance of getting sucked into the ground?

Ah, OK. Maybe. But as you could just fly over the ground as space craft are failry ten-a-penny, taking a speeder out there and landing on the rock wouldn't have been a big challenge?

Me too! Both times. And when all the little ships turn up at the end when they think all is lost.

And the first time I saw it I was opening sobbing by the end. And I wasn't the only one :)

I think she made the yellowsaber herself - it's supposed to be a Jedi rite of passage to make your own lightsabre. It's implied she may have used her staff to make the body, as the ends are the same shape as the grips on the staff.

If they had killed Chewie off screen I would have been fuming!

Ben: Dad....

Han: I know.

Me too. Although to be fair I was gone the minute Han appeared.

As for Rey's heritage, I thought it was a bit of a shame that the hints that she was no one and that 'anyone' could be Force sensitive from the previous episode didn't really play out. But there are definite hints that there are other Force sensitive souls out there like Finn.

Didn't like Rose being sidelined. Waste of a good character/actor

Agree with both of your points there.
